Toppers pizza used to be my go-to "treat myself pizza" as their prices have always been on the higher end. However I can't justify ever spending money on their pizza again. The last couple of times I've ordered from this location, they have been stingy on sauce and toppings. Decided to give them another chance today and even left special instructions, and called their customer service line- which initially I thought was going to connect me directly to this store. They advised me to call back customer service if my order was wrong today, which it was. I was pleasantly surprised when customer service offered me a fresh pizza made and delivered to my home(my order was a pickup in-store) for no extra charge and I agreed and waited almost 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive. It was still completely dry. I wasted 2 hours and $25 and won't be returning to Toppers again. Disappointing!
I would have given them a higher review because the pizza was pretty good but I didn't get there later then the 25 minute window and when I arrived, the pizza was left on the counter and was cold. I had to throw it back in the oven when I got home
When I’m craving pizza, I usually order from Topper's Pizza because I love their thin crust. It tastes great and is always delicious. Definitely my go-to when I want pizza.
Veggie pizza is very basic , their base sauce and pizza ingredients are low quality and tasteless . Wasted the money on the titan pizza for 40$ . Not worth 4 Average rating for this pizza store .
kind of sad when you show up tonight around 9:49 pm and get told there closed when pizza pizza stays open but not this place when you have craving for cheesy bread start staying open late toppers it is not a pendemic anymore if other pizza places can stay open late so can you .
I guess owner of this store always tries to ignore bad reviews and reply with irrelevant information. What one of the customer Priyal is saying is that she ordered garlic butter based 5 medium pizzas and got tomato based pizza. And when she called customer service to talk to store manager, the owner of the store misbehaved with her. I checked other reviews also and so many people said the same thing that they received wrong order. Pathetic store. Please check the reply of store owner on Priyal’s review and see how irrelevant information is given by its owner.
I love the garlic butter crust. I can't find any other place that does this. Haven't been in a few years and have read some bad reviews but I hope it's still good.
