DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! They are scammers. I asked for 3 walk in specials and he charged me a different deal to charge me extra. After asking for an itemized receipt, I questioned him politely so he could make me understand. He proceeded to give me so much attitude. He did want to answer any of my questions. So l asked for the owner, he claimed to be the be the owner I told him I could never imagine an owner speaking to customer in that manner. He told me to get out and call customer service. I found so strange that he was fighting me. When I asked for his name he said it was duche. When repeating his name he cursed at me. He kept saying disrespectful and disturbing things. He was such a disgusting person. Don't ever come here unless you want to get scammed and cursed at!
Today I while I was there having a pizza I notice that there are no accessible buttons going in and out if someone wants to go in and eat that might. be in a wheelchair will get left out because that is a barrier problem for them I even checked the google photo and it shows that there is no accessible buttons.
I wish, could give zero stars for the extremely bad service at restaurant given by the cashier this afternoon. Very disrespectful and rude for no reason, after delaying my order, no sign of apology even. cashier I dealt with Identified himself a Franchise owner. I guess that’s why he didn’t care, you loose a valuable customer, will go to other locations. Thanks for the nice Treatment.
DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA NOVA. This was my first time ordering from the company. I ordered a meat supreme for delivery when me and my family were eating it, my brother started spitting and yelling saying there was A BUG! That is disgusting! I immediately called Pizza Nova to speak to a supervisor and they were able to get it refunded back to me. They had to send the delivery driver back to my house to pick up what was left of the pizza and refund me back in cash. And when the delivery driver came to do that he had a lot of attitude. I told him I already spoke to pizza Nova and sent picture proof of the bug and picture proof of what was left of the pizza and I don’t need his attitude or further questioning. There was literally and other bug still in the box!
I walked into this place to order a pizza, recently. Luckily someone was ordering food just in front of me and they just so happened to pay with cash. The pizza nova maker asked me if I was ready to order, I said not yet because something told me to not order just yet. I couldn't believe what I saw, this guy that just finished handling Cash put his hands into some dough that was sitting on the ingredients counter ready to have cheese placed onto it!!!!! He NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS AND PLACED HIS DIRTY FINGERS INTO THE DOUGH!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! HEALTH RISK MAKE YOU PIZZA MAKER Wear GLOVES OR DON'T HANDLE MONEY I will never go back
I have been coming to this or the Brooklin location for years for a quick slice and today I decided to try their meatball sub. Huge mistake! It took the cashier 8 minutes to put in my order and 15+ to make it. I was waiting over 23 minutes!! The meatball sub itself was horrendous! The meatballs were stale, dry, and tasted frozen. The bread was soggy and the cheese was a congealed mess! Awful!
Pizza Nova makes such a delicious pizza, we ordered a large pepperoni, bacon and tomato pizza and it was lite and fresh, great food for a cool night in. Good customer service.
