Absolutely ridiculous. I Only ordered from here because it’s closer to my house. I ordered ahead for a jumbo pizza and I got there 30 minutes after ordering when the time call was 25 minutes. The pizza was not even out of the oven when I got there and when I came home, the pizza was raw. When I called the restaurant, the girl told me she was gonna call back in five minutes and once she did the only solution she could give me was that they could remake the pizza and I would have to go back and pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable. It should not be on the customer to pick up a new pizza when the cooks are the ones who messed up. And the fact that a refund or credit on file is not even an option for the store is beyond me. It shouldn’t be the job of the customer to suggest for somebody to deliver it instead When the store already offers delivery. The store needs better customer service and needs to pay better attention went cooking other people’s food. Avoid this location at all cost. The Oshawa location has been consistent and has the best customer service. Update: my Second pizza just came, and it was still uncooked. These cooks need new training.
The taste is never an issue but they lack good service or personnel management. Ordered hours in advance for a 4pm pick up as did the 8 people in here waiting... nothing is ready and will now be late for other plans. Here's a tip .. on busy nights .. have enough staff on had.
The pizza I've tried here is very good! But every time I go they seem to be unprepared as they either have no slices or only pork options available. Disappointed
They accepted a fraudulent card and still gave the robber a pizza disgusting service manager wouldn't even give me his name he refused to give me his name. Would give zero stars but can't.
No1 pizza shop in all whitby and oshawa , I got this veggie and one meat pizza here , I love the taste and quality and quantity they provided. Always recommend
This hands down used to be the best pizza in Whitby but unfortunately their quality is now inconsistent. Oftentimes the pizza is cut haphazardly (some slices are huge and others tiny), the dough is thick in some places and thin in others, and the toppings are not cut well (I have found onion skin more than once).
After hearing lots of outstanding reviews about this place we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Joey Pepperoni based on others reviews. First off the pizza was over charred on the bottom, and the worst part greasy oil came dripping out of the box before even opening. There is way too much greasy oil that you cannot taste anything else. Get lots of paper towel to eat it. This was the first and last time we will order from here.
