Wasn’t impressed with this location at all. They only started to cook my wings after my pizza was ready, which by the time the wings were done the pizza was cold. Barely any sauce at all on the pizza. Also all three employees were on their phones (which is probably one of the dirtiest things you could be touching) and then touching food after without washing hands. Wings were also pink.

The greetings the service and food was top notch, appreciate it, please keep up the good work, just tried two different pizzas from you, honestly one of the softest pizza i had in a while.
I was going to order from here but after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures I think whitby needs some new management at this pizza hut or close it and try again somewhere else
Super un impressed this store has gone down hill. UPDATE : owner commented telling me to follow the link which I’ve already done and have had NO RESPONSE. Maybe just handle complaints yourself. Either way I’m done with Pizza Hut. 1. My pizza came and wasn’t been fully cooked 2. I ordered 3 dipping sauces and they out the inside of the pizza …. Why 3. Chicken bites dryyyyyy 4. So expensive for such trash.
Convenient location in south whitby. A+ customer service. Forgot to make my online order and offered a free pop or dip. Pizza was ready in 8 minutes after. It’s a busy location on weekends and especially lunch/dinner time. With only max of 2 people (kitchen/cash) working the entire place, give them some slack. Thank you for the delicious pizza.
Alright haven’t had Pizza Hut for a long time, ordered the box deal I think it was supposed to have a big box with three trays sadly I had everything separated lol. Upgraded one of the sides to bone in wings and the other side to boneless wings and they were ok, pizza was good the usual Pizza Hut pan pizza and the cookie cake was enjoyed by the kids. Solid 3.5/5 ⭐️
