Was in town for a lacrosse tournament and this place was recommended. I hope the people in the area truly appreciate the gem they have in pizzaco. What an outstanding pizza and the best service I’ve had in years. Truly welcoming and friendly. These are the types of places we need to support before we are overrun with chains and corporations. Will definitely be back.
Such an amazing establishment, over 15 dipping sauces, ten specialty pizza, and wings. There's no other place you should be going if in the Whitby area. Chain restaurants having absolutely nothing on this place.
Update: the owner reached out and has provided some compensation for what happened I usually don’t write negative reviews… but I was very disappointed with my first and probably last visit to Pizzaco. We ordered about $45 worth of food 45 minutes before arrival via their online ordering system and upon arrival the employee mentioned that the order never printed out meaning that they hadn’t even started. When I asked how long it would take and what they would be able to do to compensate our additional waiting time - the employee mentioned it would take 10-12 mins and then proceeded to say that he didn’t know what could be done but assured me the owner would call back and surprise surprise we received no phone call. Pizza was subpar and they even forgot all of the toppings on one of the pizzas.
People wear very nice. Was able to get gluten free. However the large deluxe we ordered looked more like a cheese and pepperoni with a few onions peppers and mushrooms. Very scimpy on the topings and crust was thin and overcooked and very thin. Update: customer service is obviously a priority as we received a replacement. Thank ypu very much.
I just ordered here through skip, went to pick it up in person June 25th around 8pm I ordered a charred pepperoni medium pizza I rarely leave reviews but my god this was so good, I didn’t know you could get pizza this good outside of nyc. I’ll be back for more Thanks for the dip :)
Pizza was very flat and dry, barely any cheese on it as well. Don’t even bother ordering the wings… never had wings this bad, I think they were microwaved if that’s even possible. No idea how ppl rated this place so high but I can’t recommend this place sorry
Pizza was yummy. Paid for extra cheese. There was no extra cheese. Paid extra to add tomatoes and cup and char pepperoni and there was barely any so that's a rip off. Pizzaco I loved your pizza but add the extra cheese a customer has Paid for. It should taste CHEESY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TICKED OFF.
