Had a bad experience last night. Our one pizza was burnt. The crust was so dry and crunchy, tasted a bit like cardboard. The cheese had crunchy black bubbles on 1/3 of the pizza. My wife's honey garlic pollini was sauced with something very spicy instead of honey garlic so she didn't end up eating them, she was disappointed. We were both very disappointed overall.
My 2 sons (5 & 6 years old) came here for a slice and ate inside - the gentleman at the front was so kind to my boys!! Fast service and great customer service! Thank you!
I recently needed to place an order for my work. I went in the day before I needed the order and the man was super awesome he took down my order and told me that he let the person know in the morning and it would be ready for me at 11:30. The opening manager called me to verify my order was correct. When I arrived at 11:15 my order was almost ready right on time for what I needed and they were super nice friendly and quick. I also had to place a second order for more pizza in the afternoon once again The speedy service was fantastic.
Just dropped in for slice. They had a variety of choices available and got the combo, which includes the slice, a pop, a bag of chips and a dipping sauce. First time I've had anything from Pizza Nova and it was alright.
I usually have a good experience but I had a hard time redeeming the free slice card they gave out. Why give it out and then give a hard time to redeem
We were dilivered a coupon for a free large pizza.. I went in to place my order the girl serving me at the counter was very nice she so helpful.. I always look for cleaniness in a resturant and I would give this place a 5 star it was very clean, service was great and the pizza was delicious!! I would return again to that location...
