We have been ordering from this Whitby location for many years and it is always great. The toppings are always fresh and plentiful. The sauce is also very tasty. We like our pizza cooked well done and they always gives us a chance to check it before they box it up. I have only ever ordered pizza but the other options look good. They do have a few seats so you can dine in. Staff are always friendly and personable. The location is easy to get too and has a fair amount of parking to the side.
Prison or retirement home good. No taste, the ‘extra cheese’ is the same amount of fake hardly melted tasteless goop and considering I got pepperoni and bacon I couldn’t taste either. And well done doesn’t mean keep it in a luke warm oven longer so it’s still floppy and chewy. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Never ever again.
Charged me $6.50 for a pepperoni slice instead of the usual $4.50 because "it had two types of pepperoni". Absolutely ridiculous hustle. Rating two stars because I still ate it, but please don't get suckered like I did.
I went to the pizza nova in Dundas Whitby and ordered a medium pizza with cheese pineapple and green peppers. They delivered my pizza and the pizza I received was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING I looked at the pizza and some were flipped over, toppings weren’t on the pizza properly and it looked like they dropped it 3 TIMES I called the pizza nova customer service and they were VERY DISRESPECTFUL When they spoke to me he put me on hold and then hung up I called him back DEMANDING my money back and a new pizza he said he can give me credit but not a new pizza so I compared them to pizza pizza and hung up after saying just give me my pizza I’m hungry and it took over an hour just to get me a new pizza and come back. the driver gave me so much attitude and told me he didn’t drop it but he clearly did. When I got my new pizza it looked decent but when I bit into it it was burnt the crust was as hard as a brick and the tomato sauce was chunky and there were random pieces of onion when I did not order it. The just better have not spit on my pizza…
It's become my tradition to stop in for a slice after an appointment, as I have them regularly in the area. I'm on a mission to try all the different slices, and so far more have disappointed! It's a great spot to stop in for a quick bite and I love people watching from the patio while I do it. :)
Placed my order through Doordash, had a gift card, my order was hot and ready ontime and staff was friendly as well. All three pizzas were exactly as ordered.
I used to love their bruschetta pizza, But I think when the man left that used to make it they didn't make it as good as he did. I always bring it home and have to put salt and garlic powder on it to make it more palatable. It's only a mediocre pizza now. Definitely not my favorite. I make my own from home now. That's the best ever!
