The food was absolutely excellent, everything was well priced and the wine was delicious. High level of service. I come from dt Toronto an d this would go in my top 10 !! And also accommodated allergies no problem!!
Great food. Fantastic service. Our waiter (Jimmy) had a great sense of humour without being inappropriate. He was delightful. The food was cooked exactly to order and was perfect in portions. Be warned that it is noisy but that was great for us and just added to the experience (we can be a bit loud ourselves!) Can't wait to go back!
'Brown Sugar' was our server and he was absolutely amazing. Always at our table right when we needed him! And the food. Oh my god, the food was spectacular. This was my second trip here and it was so amazing. Their recommendations are on point, so I think my brother is right on this one. Best restaurant in Whitby.
Absolutely amazing place to dine! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Amazing fresh wholesome food. Farm to table. Everything is fresh service is amazing! Our server today Ginger went above and beyond, she was short staffed and ran around ensuring everyone was taken care of. Huge asset to your team!
So I am giving this restaurant based on the food and the way a situation was rectified. We sat down at 7pm for dinner. We ordered a bottle of wine and our server was busy so a different one brought it to us and then we ordered the ravioli as an app. 45 minutes went by...no ravioli and our bottle of wine was pretty much gone. Also, they asked us what type of water we wanted twice but never brought it. I flagged down our waitress and just asked what was going on because it's been an hour and our bottle of wine is almost done and we don't even have our app yet. She apologized many times and said the ravioli was on them and she was going to see what was up. It was never put in the computer but she rectified the situation. She brought us water and the ravioli asap. After that, the service was amazing and she handled the situation appropriately. We will go back! People are human, mistakes can happen. The food was amazing and they even gave my fiance a nice dessert for his birthday!
