Found this recently after living near it for a year. It has become my go-to quick lunch spot. super flavorful and just spicy enough. The jerk sauce is great. I wouldn’t say the jerk chicken is authentic but definitely worth a try. Good portions and love that its boneless. Please add the option to add extra jerk sauce in uber eats (its only an add-on now, it should be its own menu item so we can add more)
I ordered the logo jerk chicken with rice and peas and coleslaw and dumplings. Sadly for 30.00 I got 4 very small pieces of chicken and dumplings. No rice and peas and no coleslaw. Total waste of my money.
***BEWARE*** UBER BOGO PROMO: The restaurant doubles the price of their Jerk Sandwich during BOGO. The sandwich is 7.99 in store and around 10.00 regular on Uber. During BOGO promo they charge $19.99, which is misleading to the customers. You are paying the same amount and it’s deceiving. Highly recommend checking the prices on their regular website before ordering.
Portion size was great for the large, great service. The jerk had some kick and seasoning could be more seasoned tho. The oxtail gravy needs work and the rice and peas was nice and shelly

Recently, my son and I sat down for their jerk chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely perfect – juicy, flavorful, and made with real, quality chicken. Coming from the Caribbean myself, I can confidently say this is as authentic as it gets. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable (especially for the quality you’re getting), and the service is always outstanding. Abdul in particular goes above and beyond every time. When it comes to food, three things matter most: taste, price, and service. Big Boss Jerk scores a 10/10 across the board. Great food, great price, great service – the triple crown. This place is a gem in Whitby and easily my go-to for jerk chicken. Highly recommend!
Very deceptive! They will send bananas that have been fried in oil instead of plantain. I guess they're hoping that people will not notice the difference and bananas are cheaper than plantains. Still cost me $8.99....
Food was dry under seasoned representative who put my food together made a fuss about adding extra gravy on the rice that was dry. Took a lot time to make the food aswell. Wouldn't come again.
