I have been putting off this long overdue review for my girl Liz. She is just amazing. My dog Mochi absolutely loves her and she really takes the time to understand and be personable with us. I trust her completely with not only the grooming process but her care and wellbeing. My dog dealt with severe separation anxiety, and anxiety in general and Liz has always stayed patient with her and never rushed through her time. This is a private groom where they are 1:1 together which makes me feel so much better than other public grooms. My dog Mochi always comes out looking beautiful and happy and I cannot thank Liz enough for the care she puts into not only my dog but her others as well.
Anna at Bark & Fitz has been grooming our doodle for years, and has recently started grooming our Brittanys. She is fabulous with the dogs and does such great work when styling their hair. What a terrific local groomer!
We had the great pleasure of meeting Anna the groomer at Bark & Fitz Whitby. She is so awesome. Buckley our almost 2 year old golden was getting a nail trim and clean up of his grinch feet add she did an awesome job. She is super professional and very knowledgeable with some great ideas of how to keep his sensitive ears trimmed without him getting the typical golden razor burn. The entire team is so friendly and they were very sweet allowing him to sit and lean on them for pets . He was hilarious and clearly very comfortable. We are very pleased, we have already booked some upcoming appointments. What a great first visit !

Brought my 4 month old puppy here for her first haircut and the groomer was so amazing with her, I could tell she genuinely cared about my girl! Will definitely continue taking her here.
Great Grooming Salon! Would recommend to Anyone! Anna is very knowledgeable about different grooming styles and dog breeds. She specializes in poodle- cuts of many different styles and always willing to work with me to get the cut I desire! Worth every dollar! Liz is an experienced groomer with many years in the trade and it shows when it is time for pickup! She is very patient and thorough with my nervous little buddy. I always am left satisfied with my pups cut for weeks to come! Absolutely no complaints! 5/5
Grooming is done in basement. You are not allowed to watch your dog. My granddaughter started crying as she couldn’t watch. Asked if we could see our dog and they said no. Pulled our dog out of there without being groomed. Won’t ever go back.
