I’ve been taking my dog here for grooming for over a year and we have always had top notch service! The owners are extremely kind, the groomer does an excellent job and she works very efficiently. Would definitely recommend! :)
The Owner is horrible, rude, aggressive and very unprofessional. The groomer is not that great for the price they charge. It's disappointing we were a customer for years but ever since this guy took over it's gone down hill. Highly not recommended. Unless you want to be verbally abused. Totally unprofessional
Overall bad experience when it comes to pricing all items are usually priced 20% to 30% at a profit margin. They do not compete with on going discounts with other establishments. Usually you can even find some of the dog accessories for alot cheaper at bigger franchises. Went into get a price match for one of the top seller food items for my dog... let's just say didnt go to well. The owner could of simply said he is not price matching, conversation would have ended there. But he decided to bring other business in place and also gave negative feedback about online shopping - How they sell expired food and he can't match their prices. Fair!!! You can't match the prices, but dont provide negative feedback about other establishments. Everytime I purchased anything from this store I had to price match. Always expensive and over priced. If you think clients are going to pay for what your asking and the prices are alot cheaper at other establishments, you must be crazy. To the current clients of this establishment, I will highly recommend for you to complete your due diligence before throwing your money away. Simply if you can't compete with competition next next just say you can't price match. Only reason I was going to this store as it was few mins away from my house. No longer will be doing business here. Have a great day. Shop smart, support local businesses but not at the exten of extortion .......
I had a great experience at the store today. Barry, the owner, was a wealth of knowledge and a beacon of kindness. I highly recommend not only the product, but the experience Barry provides as well. 11/10 on this review!
