This Pet Valu is always a great experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and really take the time to get to know you and your pet. The store is clean, well-stocked, organized, and even smells amazing. They’re always helpful with recommendations and make every visit easy and pleasant. Highly recommend! ?
I just took my dog for a wash at the 3050 Garden location, .for first time. Wonderful experience and very friendly staff I'll be back for sure and will recommend others.
I brought my dog for a dog wash and usually love going to this location as it is always clean. There were absolutely no other customers in the store, only my dog and I. When checking out I was told by the staff member there is a 30 minute limit on baths and next time I will be ushered to leave at exactly 30 minutes. My dog is prone to hot spots and as the store was empty I wanted to ensure my dog was completely dry. I have never had a problem with bath “timing” at any other pet valu location with my 15lb dog… regardless if it is busy or not. Super unfortunate I will not be back as I will take my time at another location to ensure my dog is dry.
Great place to go and get your dog all cleaned up. The staff are amazing and the store including the wash area is super clean. They clean it after each use which is important.
I have been here many times since I got my dog, and haven’t had a single bad experience. The staff are always helpful, kind and even give my dog treats! I used their self serve dog wash and loved it. It was very clean, and love that they provide everything for you. I went during a less busy time, so it was only me and my pup. I would be interested to see what it’s like on a busier day.
Had a great visit on Aug 15 in the evening. The salesperson was so incredibly helpful and informative as we purchased items for our new puppy. I didn't catch her name but she was friendly and kind and definitely went above and beyond.
This was my first time back to Pet Valu since the last lockdown and it was so nice, brought back a bit of that "back to normal" feeling for a bit. The store was immaculately clean and fully stocked and the staff was super friendly and welcoming, just like before. Online shopping through their website was great but so much better in person if you're like me and like to browse.
