The staff at this location were amazing in helping me find the best size and fit of lease harness for my very old dog. I recommend this location for good selection andn friendly helpful staff
As much as I want to support local, the matter of the continuous cancelation for grooming and not able to commit a date for rescheduling is beyond me. I've had 1 great experience with grooming and after that, all appointments were csncelled or rescheduled to just be cancelled with not even 24hours notice and NO solution to offer the customer. It has now been 2weeks with NO phone call back in regards to their last cancelation, told them to tell the manager or owner to call me back with a solution and nothing.. SO my business will 100% be elsewhere going forward. Very unfortunate as we would be there weekly for food, treats, toys and every 2weeks grooming.
If I could leave negative stars I would. Took my dog to the self wash and it was beyond dirty. Hair in the bath, ON the floor, clearly wasn't cleaned in a long time. Drains are clogged. No conditioner and the towels smell and are dirty. The store looks like it's never been cleaned.
The staff is always so welcoming and helpful, I have a fussy cat so finding a food has been hard but Sara has been really helpful. Love the new location and the self serve dog wash is such a nice feature!

I have had my dog booked for a grooming appointment twice and twice they got cancelled last minute. The first time no one called to let me know, I called to ask what time the appointment was for because I had book SO FAR in advance and the girl told me the groomer should have called me cause she isn’t coming in today. I rebooked, things happen, then I get a text the morning of the second appointment that she’s cancelling AGAIN. I can’t think of a more unprofessional groomer service. Don’t know how you can trust to leave your pets with someone who can’t commit to their own appointments.
The raw food (Big Country Raw) I can buy for $12 at Longo’s and $13 at Rens... cost me $18 at Pet Value. Very unfriendly service. Rens are so helpful and always passionate about Helping their customers every time I’ve been there!
