Easily the best furniture store in Ontario. I have been to many furniture stores: expensive and on the low end. The inventory they carry is HUGE. Their service even trumps their spectacular products. Never have I ever encountered more helpful service members. From stepping into the store to the delivery: a 5 star experience. Will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.
This was by far the most pleasurable experience I ever had buying a sofa. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Huge selection of styles and colours. Price was exceptional.

We had purchased a living room set from Whitby Furniture store about 10-12 years ago. Our needs changed so went back to them and same customer support they take time to explain. They did not rush us to make a decision and we took pictures, did our space measurements and on the 3 re trip we purchased a compact set from them. The delivery guys were amazing. On time helped us to do set up some design advice and helped us align the rug to match furniture etc. absolutely happy from sales to delivery guys to clean up. Will recommend them
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Not only did they provide horrible service, but they also misled consumers with false information. I was promised a product that turned out to be completely different from what was advertised. The staff (Sam and his partner who calls himself Mike) was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the whole ordeal even more frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will definitely not be using their services again. Beware of their deceptive practices and save yourself the hassle and disappointment.
Literally the best place to shop for furniture. Sam was so helpful we got the best couch for our apartment thanks to him definitely my new go to place for good deals.
Ordered a couch mid April and was told 3 months for it to arrive. 3 months came and we didn't receive a call or an update so we called. They told us to come in. We went in and they told us it's still in production. Ok fine. We go in again a month later, beginning of August and are told it'll be here in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passes, no call. So we go in and are told the person who would have more information is done at 5 and the guy wasn't sure where it was. I understand the person wasn't there but why don't they have a system to see the order Why should I have to make multiple attempts to find out where my couch is? Shouldn't they be calling me to give me updates. I totally understand supply chain shortages but be up front and honest. If it's going to be longer than 3 months call and tell me. If you have no clue when it's arriving, tell me. Don't give false information if it's not going to be here. And make the effort to call your customers to inform them it's going to be longer. This is awful customer service. I'm not upset it's taking longer I'm upset no one communicates from this company. If it doesn't come in 2 weeks I'm ordering a couch elsewhere.
