Furniture Trends and their shipping team are very efficient and provide great prices. They delivered my dining set within hours of ordering, and Sahil was quick to respond on WhatsApp and very accommodating.
These guys are a bunch of fraudsters I bought a dishwasher which started leaking after 2 weeks of usage. They promised me warranty and to replace it if anything was to happen. I have been calling and following up since may and every time they promise to deliver a replacement but never do and continuously lie. Its now end of July and still no replacement and still continues lies.

MY HUSBAND AND I DID GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BHAV. AFTER 2HRS WE PURCHASED A BEAUTIFUL GREY BEDROOM SET AND A DOUBLE GREY CLOTH FRAME. ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 25 THE FUNITURE ARRIVED LATE SO MY BROTHER-IN-LAW WHO WAS GOING TO DO THE SETUP WITH MY HUSBAND OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE SETUP. WE GAVE BHAV AND THE 2 MEN SPACE TO SETUP. HOWEVER, WHEN WE WENT UPSTAIRS TO CHECK HOW THINGS WERE GOING, THE DOUBLE BED WAS INDEED GREY AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH IT BUT THE BEDROOM SET WAS BROWNNOT GREY? WHAT WAS HURTFUL IS THAT BHAV THE MANAGER WAS TRYING TO CONVINCE US THAT THE COLOUR WAS CHARCOAL BECAUSE THE BOXES HAD THE WORD WRITTEN ON IT. WE SETTLED BECAUSE MY BROTHER-IN-LAW WAS GOING TO PAY FOR IT, WE WERE VERY TIRED AND HAD PREVIOUS PLANS. WE REALLY WANTED THEM TO PUT THE ITEMS BACK IN THE BOX AND RETURN THEM. WE BELIEVE THIS WAS DELIBERATE BECAUSE THE EVENING WHEN WE WERE AT THE STORE LOOKING AROUND AT THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS WE DID CONSIDERED THE TRADITIONAL BROWN AND BHAV SAID THAT'S WHAT HIS PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS PURCHASED. WE ASKED TO SEE MORE COLOURS THEN HE SHOWED US THE BEAUTIFUL GREY SET AND WE PAID FOR IT BECAUSE WE LOVE IT AND IT WOULD ALSO MATCH OUR BEDROOM DECOR. I purchased a mattress from Furniture Trends and the one I chose was a medium firm I told them I used to sleep on a very soft mattress and I didn’t like it so I’d like to try out medium firm I paid cash they delivered it I slept on it for a week or so I feel pain in my back I called them to ask about if they made a mistake delivering the mattress they said “it’s the exact same mattress I choose in store and it’s just stiffer because it’s new I have to sleep on it for a month then it will be comfortable,, So now I have pain in my back due to my mattress costs $500 and I am stuck with it they won’t do anything else in my opinion it is very unprofessional business they suppose to have a return or exchange policy now I can go ahead and buy a new mattress you people better go to Sleep Country they have options if you don’t like your mattress because right now i am not happy when I have to go to sleep!
This is the worst furniture shop I have ever met. Do not buy anything here!!! I bought one Ashley bedroom set with 8 pieces online on Sep 2022. After 6 weeks, they only delivered 6 pieces to me(Missing one nightstand and one chest). They didn't realize they made the wrong order until I contacted them. The owner told me he had ordered the rest 2 pieces. Until Jan 2023, after I gave them multiple calls they told me the furniture supplier did not have the chest, but I can get the other nightstand on Feb 21, 2023. In the meantime, no any responses at all!!!!! What they could do is just to refund me the money for the chest. After another 2 weeks, I asked them to send me the refund, the owner told me that I even could not get the other nightstand. I told them I would return the other nightstand because I do not need a bedroom set with only one dismatched nightstand. The owner said he could only accept the return if I have the original boxes!!!! The money they refund me is only 711 dollars for one night stand and one chest. The chest is 599 dollars and night stand is 329 dollars before tax on the Ashley website. And I have to give away the only nightstand I got because this night stand is discontinued and I can't buy a matched one. It definitely costs more than one thousands dollars to buy two night stand and one chest. This is how this shop treats customers. It's their fault to send my only 6 pieces instead of 8 pieces but they didn't pay anything for their mistake, not even an apologizes. Choose another one, do not waste time on this shop!
