If you are looking for budget friendly furniture there's plenty to choose from. However I couldn't see any interesting pieces Didn't care for the clunky sectional s in fluffy fabric way to large , even pieces chaises and love couch maybe.
We purchased a couch from this store, but it took longer than the promised 10 days to arrive. When it finally got here, we discovered that it wouldn’t fit into our apartment because the hallways were too narrow for us to turn it. We explained our situation and asked to return the couch, but they refused. They wouldn’t even allow us to return it for store credit to buy another item from them. They stated that since the couch was shipped from the USA, they couldn’t accept any returns. None of these details were explained to us at the time of purchase. Additionally, they instructed us to deconstruct the couch ourselves and provided a contact for a deconstruction person in Port Hope. However, that individual is unwilling to assist us because we are located in North York. To top it off, the deconstruction would cost an extra $450. Overall, it has been a horrible experience with very poor customer service.
I absolutely don’t recommend this place. Purchased an expensive sectional and six months later noticed that the zipper for the attached back cushions was torn and filling was coming out the bottom. It was hard to see and could have very likely been there since delivery as we had rarely used the couch or been home in those six months and we are only 2 people in the house. They said they’d send someone to look and STALLED for a month until I had to email them to tell them it was unacceptable. He did a temporary repair and said he would coke back on a specific day the following week. This was in July. He did not show up. I’ve email numerous times since. No response. It’s obvious it was defective from the start and they want to avoid any responsibility or accountability. Please shop elsewhere.
I purchased a nice bed frame for my basement apartment and paid for delivery to the basement. The company left all the furniture outside of the house. When I asked them to bring it inside, they said the company told them not to. When I called Home Style Furniture they put me on hold, called the delivery guys and told the delivery guys to drive off with the furniture sitting on my lawn. They never picked back up the line and left me on hold for over 2 hours. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this company because theyre liars and cheats. They promise you things to get the sale and don't honor their word.
Took way too long for a bed frame to arrive. Ordered it May 6, was told it would arrive June 17th didn’t. Then was pushed and pushed and pushed. It finally arrived but never ordering from this place again. Took way to long to arrive.

Exceptional service! The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to educate me and help me in my decision making. Prior to my purchase with Homestyle furniture I had visited to several furniture stores in Whitby, their competitors were pushy and just wanted to sell me something. Qasim was patient and genuinely interested in helping me to find the right couch. I purchased a sofa and accent chair for a very reasonable price.
