We waited 4 months for a king sized bed frame to arrive (after being told roughly 8 weeks) The supports underneath are not level and the staff at the store were less than helpful. I was promised a call after speaking with someone Sunday the 23rd. They said they would call by the 24th after speaking with the owner. No call and they do not have a voicemail to leave a message. I phoned at different times in the day with no success. I would not recommend using this store. The furniture company at Vokes did not respond to my wife’s call or email as well. You do your best to support a local business and manufacturer and are left high and dry.
The person who working over there is not welcoming and behaved rudely. We just entered inside the store and he behaved rudely so, we came out from the store without looking anything.might be the owner need to interfere here regarding staff training.
Very rude staff, When I entered he asked what you are looking for I said I have new house I am looking for basically everything. He replied that means nothing.
Three months ago we went shopping for a new bed. We got good service at the other bedroom place, but we got GREAT service at the Whitby MasterBedroom. The first time we went in, we got some great information from the salesman. He explained that we could buy a more expensive mattress that would last 10-12 years, or the less expensive mattress might be good for us but would only last 5-6 years. It all depended on what felt better for us. The second time we went back, we took our own pillow and wore comfortable clothing so that we could really test out the mattresses. We have now woken up without a backache for 2 1/2 months. We know where we will go back to when it's time to buy a new mattress.
I bought a 8” twin xl mattress tried to to return it 12hours later for a 6” twin xl mattress was told no because of covid ,the mattress was not taken out of wrap or even used (it is ok for business to use covid as a reason to get you to buy another mattress that’s what I was told ) I’m sure the plastic can be sanitized dishonesty I called it

Love the fact that you have the option of paying for Canadian Made affordable furniture. Staff are very personable and friendly which helps a lot when choosing furniture with no clue lol. I buy all my bedroom furniture for my family here with no regrets ! Furniture can be delivered and set up for a ood price
Great service and they were the only place that had what I needed when I needed it. I refuse to do business with leons the brick or bad boy. Sleep factory almost had me but their service wasn't quite as quick and courteous.Dude had a sweet moustache and demeanor. Will do more business
