The store is gone, there's a Spirit of Halloween in the space, yet they've still got an active website that suggests they still take orders. Two other big red flags: 1) Phone # has a voice mail box that isn't set up, and 2) the email address is Hotmail (for a business? In 2025? Really?)
Do not order anything from this place. No response from them from past 9 months. They will steal your money and will run away. I recently heard from someone they have now closed their business in whitby, but they have another location in Brampton. Do not shop there as well.
***WARNING WARNING SCAM ARTISTS*** I had put a deposit down on a Sectional couch just before they had said they were suppose to go Under Renovations which i knew and should have clued it that it was a lie... I was suppose to pay the balance on delivery... Since ordering it no communication via phone or email and have tried numerous of times. This company just seems to be a bunch of scam artists.
Luckily for me, I did not order on line and went to the store. Place was empty, no wonder they didn't answer the phone. Came home and read these reviews. What a scam!!
Ordered a furniture set online paid in full, selected to pick it up myself in store. They never sent me an email it was ready, so I went into the store to speak with someone and they told me to come back at 2:30 it was coming on the truck. When I arrived back at the store it was completely closed lights off door locked, and was the store was like that the next 3 days I tried to visit and find out what was going on. I emailed their support, who tried to tell me I would have to drive to Mississauga if I wanted to pick up my set. I said I wasn’t able to do that and I’d rather just get my money refunded. They refused, told me they would deliver it for free. But once I gave them My address they completely ghosted me. Do not order from this location or from their website. Pretty sure this whole company is just a scam. They just took my money and I have no way of getting a refund
If only I had written reviews from this business than I would never order from them. They over promise and under deliver. They told me that my Furniture will take 3 weeks and it took 6 weeks. They kept changing my delivery dates from one day to another saying their truck broke down. Than they delivered my chair with different colours. Now they are claiming it’s my fault. I choose gray color and received pink color.
Here I am a few months later editing my review! My couch is falling apart at the seams. One of the springs already poked through and had to be removed. Almost 2k for a couch I thought would be amazing for my VERY SMALL FAMILY. My kids are at school all day, busy after school. My husband and I only sit on it at night and THIS is currently how my couch is looking. Purchased in July, it’s now December! The couch didn’t even last a year. I will not be shopping here again. They asked me to write a review when I first got the couch of course.
