Excellent work. Repairs were flawless. I ve been to some shops that charge less but the quality suffers because of it. Mercury does what they say with the quality you expect. Customer service is second to none.
The service guy was pleasant to talk to and appear to be very professional, but I am disappointed because the job wasn’t complete. I can only give 2 stars.
generally a poor experience. had an accident repair done by them and they did not complete the work they committed to complete. Specifically I advised them the truck had a shake after the collision - they advised that an alignment was part of the repair. No alignment done - truck still has a shake. I also advised them the rear camera was no longer working - they didn't address it and when I picked the truck up and asked about it they simply told me to take it to the dealership. Guess I should have had all the work done at the dealership. Thanks for doing 80% of the work.
