Today was my first time ever going to this business. Im new to the area and looked up mechanics nearby. Read some reviews and felt confident in this place. Why wouldn't I feel confident in a 5 star place? Welp the good is the customer service via the counter people was nothing but great. Hassan was super adamant on helping me get the right service and also had another gentleman (I want to say Steve) shuttle me to my workplace. So far so good. And then I get the phone call on what work my car needs with a nice fat quote of 3k for ball bearing , struts, alignment. Seemed steep but I needed to get it done. However as always its good to shop around and see the other options. So 10 minutes after I got my car back immediately I noticed my sound system has been messed with and now my car sounds like im blasting music in a tunnel... don't see what my stereo system has to do with the previously mentioned issues on my vehicle. Messing with my tunes is a problem!!!! Long story short the next mechanic I decided to take it to in Oshawa let me watch my car go up. The mechanic then walked me through all the things this establishment quoted me and laughed at the ridiculous price they gave me. Tell me how I go from being quoted nearly 3000 to 1500 from a place 10 minutes down the road. Honesty is everything and truthfully I feel like I've been left with a very poor opinion of this place.
