My Ridgline required a timing belt service, water pump, tensioner and two idler bearings. It took longer than I expected but I am willing to trade time for a job well done, which I received. The truck runs great which is a huge relief for me, an old crusty guy who does everything to maintain his vehicles. Thank you for doing such a good job. Steve Bourque

Thank you Babin Automotive for being there when we are in need. I needed a wheel bearing replaced on my Ford Escape recently and they were honest about the timeline in which they would be able to work on the truck. It was to be about a week. We were able to drop the Ford off in case they were able to get to it sooner and we were elated when we received the call 2 days later that it was done early. My Ford runs smooth and is safer for my children. Thank you for your honesty and your high quality work as well as dedication to completing repairs in a timely manner whenever possible. Would definitely recommend to all!
This was my first experience with Ballard and will be the ONLY place I bring my vehicles to for maintenance and repair. Not only did they service my vehicle in a timely manor , they actually did a really good job and fixed what was wrong, not cut and paste. They really care about the workmanship. They explained what had caused my issue this being a coolant issue along side of dual thermostats that needed replacing and service. I know jack**** about cars and these guys “ and dolls “ made my day and helped me feel better about my car. Along side a very reasonable price the customer service which is always important was on point. 5.5 stars out of 5 because someone has to be the best. Thanks again Ballards. T
