AutoPro: A Cautionary Tale On October 31, I entrusted AutoPro with diagnosing and repairing a whining noise in my engine. Hatim identified the issue as a faulty alternator and idler pulley, quoting a $600 cash repair cost. Upon vehicle pick-up, the whining noise persisted, and new warning lights illuminated on the dashboard. Despite multiple attempts, AutoPro has failed to resolve the issue or provide satisfactory compensation. Key Issues: Defective Repair: The newly installed alternator is faulty and requires replacement. Unauthorized Charges: Additional charges were added to the original estimate without my consent. Unauthorized Parts Installation: Parts were installed without my approval. Part Retention: My original parts were not returned. Lack of Transparency: Detailed receipts, warranty information, and part lists were not provided. Despite multiple visits to the shop and because of AutoPro's persistent negligence and unwillingness to rectify the situation, I am now compelled to pursue legal action including CRA notification for offering cash services. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution when considering AutoPro's services. Contrary to your attempt to pretend I am not in your "database" as you do by default with any negative review, please find the attached debt transaction image for the additional charges to verify my claim.
I had a problem with my tires today in the morning and Hatan just open the store and he fix my car with a smile and he is super nice and I will recommend him with anything when any one need for there car and I am so happy about his work .10/10 thanks again brother
Typical response. Lies and more lies and blame the customer. We haven't lived in Whitby for 2 years and yet you've been somehow servicing our cars for 2 years? Bottom line is your brother put my family in danger by improperly removing two rear axles, causing significant damage. This has nothing to do with the drive shaft.
