Unfortunately, my family had to say goodbye to our dog, Ozzy, last night. Though it's very painful to have a family dog put down after growing up with him for 12 years, the staff was very calm and comforting, and I'm happy to know that he was in good hands and went peacefully. Big thanks to the staff for their gentleness.Edit: Really disappointed as we ordered a paw print to be made, called multiple times with no specific answer, and finally got the news that the paw print that was promised to us was never made. I know this is a horrible mistake that (hopefully) hasn't happened before with any other pet, but it still is a big disappointment to be promised something, and not receiving it, especially with such a sensitive situation. Hopefully the staff can learn from this mistake and ensure it doesn't happen in the future.
Very good place, very good staff took care of our pet emergency as soon as we arrived. Sadly we had to say good bye to our furry friend here. The staff were very understanding, compassionate and thorough with out options . I would highly recommend them for any animal emergency.
Everyone at the animal hospital was absolutely wonderful I was in tears because I thought we were going to have to put our dog down but thankfully that didn't happen and everybody was absolutely wonderful. And I cannot believe how good the prices were. Thank you to everybody who help take care of Lucy that night and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
We have been to this emergency clinic twice with our pets.They are very compassionate and down to earth. They have our pets great care and both were returned to full health.They follow through with sending the details of our visit and care provided to our regular family vet.We found out to be more expensive than we expected but the care was exemplary
