Gavin was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us teaching us about the different bats. He was really professional, kind and knowledgeable and made it a lot easier for us and our boys to get what we need. It’s always a pleasure dealing with Gavin. Fantastic employee.
This place is a hidden GEM - from soccer cleats (turf, academy and even pro level style), indoor shoes, street gear, workout clothes and everything in between I cannot recommend this place enough. Chuma helped me find that I’ve been wearing a different type of cleat for my entire soccer journey and helped me find the perfect shoe that went with my size - his level of expertise and dedication really made me feel like I’m in the right place I’m actually going to go back for basketball shoes you can’t seem to find anywhere else but as of now I have nothing but great things to say about this place - recommend this store for all shapes, sizes and ages as they have gear for juniors, men, women, everyone. P.S they didn’t pay me to write this - I just love sports and finally found a store that has it all
First time here and I was very impressed with the store. The whole team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I really like how they had used and new stuff all priced very fairly. I will definitely be coming back for any merch or sports equipment in the future. Shout out to Mark for helping me find my new hockey sticks.
We went in to look at hockey sticks for my son and Mark helped us. He was very knowledgeable about sticks and why each one was better or worse. He set my son up with any stick that he wanted to try out. I will definitely be back to get the one he picked out for Christmas.
Mark was so helpful and helped us as soon as we asked. He told me all about sticks and was very nice and seemed like he liked helping. Good experience after our first visit at this store. Merchandise is well laid out and store was clean. We called in to put a pair of shoes on hold, and when we walked in and spoke to the customer service staff, they were friendly and took care of us right away. Kudos to Ethan on the team, who helped us and was great!
Thought I’d take a minute to appreciate the customer service from this store’s GM, Charles. I had the smallest issue with a jersey I left to print, and Charles made sure to go out of his way and handle it in a way that might be the highest grade of customer service I’ve ever seen. Thank you Charles for all of your help! I will definitely be back!
