Got assisted by Britt today while looking for some gym shoes, she was so kind and super knowledgeable and helped me find what option was best suited for what I was looking for! Definitely would come back great experience overall!
Was here an hour ago manager is extremely racist. Followed us around the store while we were shopping then approached us to leave the store and told us we were being “suspicious”. Mind you we had nothing in our hands and were just looking around about to buy something. This is extreme discrimination and Racism. Never in my life have I been harassed like this at a store from the second we walked in she was right behind us watching us like a creep.
service is soooo slow and and they are really pushy for you to buy. The guy in the shoe department was really nice though. Came back again Dec 15 and the line up is taking forever. How is there only 1 cashier with a line this long during the holiday season!? How is the cashier not calling for back up.
Masih, one of the staff there helping with shoes had great knowledge of shoes and was able to recommend me the perfect shoes. I even fact checked his knowledge before buying and it held. He was very kind and provided amazing customer service. Very happy with my purchase!
Well Sport Chek, you suck. Customer service -100. Rude, entitled young lady with long brown hair gave me attitude because I nicely asked her to unlock the washroom for my daughter. I had a couple pairs of pants in my hand and was going to wait outside for my child. She rudely told me that I couldn't go into the washroom with merchandise which I was not planning to do, so I matched her tone and told her that I wasn't planning on doing that, and that I was waiting for my daughter outside the washroom as any parent would do. Her rude, presumptuous tone and attitude was not warranted at all. I then asked her if the door locks automatically and she once again in a snarky tone said "yes it does" so I left the pants on a display and told her to open it again so I could go into the washroom with my daughter. When I went back into the store to check out clothes, she was eye-balling me the whole time. My husband asked for help from her too and got the same attitude. Don't bother responding with the same line, "we're sorry to hear that we missed the mark..." just hire some decent people who understand that the reason they have a job is because of paying customers. No wonder your store was not busy, who wants to spend a fortune in a store full of rude, entitled, and useless employees with a bad attitude. The only nice one was the very young blonde girl at the cash. Won't ever come back to this location.
Whoever works at the shoe section tonight does not actually work...ask for soccer cleats waited for 40minutes and came back to us with nothing like we never asked for anything. Not coming back here
Not the biggest Sport Chek I have been to but the staff were helpful in showing me were to go. Looked like a large golf section as well as clothes. Loads of parking here
The girl who answered the phone was absolutely miserable and sounded incredibly bored with her job. She left me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called on another phone to tell her that Im still on hold waiting for someone to help me and she says oh.. they probably dont have their headset on. A few minutes later my call was taken and the gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. You may have a different experience in store.
Couldn't find a pair of shoes I liked for my odd sized feet but that young man was energetic and friendly in trying to help.
Well laid out. Not enough XL sizes, but an awful lot of S. Great if you're a small person.
Amazing Bike Service from the Manager Louie. Took our two boys out to buy their first BMX bikes and had the pleasure of dealing with Louie who went above and beyond in assisting us on what looked like a busy Saturday morning. Even if you have to wait a few extra moments take th time to see this wonderfully kind Manager who will absolutely have me consider Sport Check for all of our future shopping needs.
