Vatsal Shah at Whitby Compounding Pharmacy is just fantastic. We had an issue no other pharmacy could solve, and he made it feel totally easy. He’s super helpful and friendly. Plus, the staff there is really nice and helpful too, so the whole place just feels welcoming. Definitely recommend them if you need anything!

If you’ve got a problem, he’s the person who’ll sort it out for you. Plus, the pharmacy itself is a great place to get whatever you need. You’ll be in good hands there for sure.
Terrible experience with a young lady for my recent two visits. She doesn’t know how to do the job. First time she told me I can’t have the amount of refill, which is weird because I’ve done it 2 times and all good. Though she was wrong and lack the knowledge of her job she was very affirmative and doesn’t feel bad about her mistakes at all. Good luck for me the manager then solved the issue. Second time I went for my refill of 30 tablets of another medication, she gave me 90 tablets and claimed more amount of my insurance without noticing me. I told her my prescription is only 90 tablets, I already have 60 tablets and this time is my last 30 tablets. And I don’t need all those 90 tablets at all and I don’t want to waste my insurance on unnecessary medication. But she insisted she’s right, and told me I still need to come for another refill.?. But having an affirmative tone doesn’t justify the mistake. Another staff came told me I definitely need all those 90 tablets. I don’t know if they do it on purpose or they just incapable, but I feel that they try to confuse people . I don’t want to waste time on negative matters so I just walked away and I’ll never come back.
This pharmacy is wonderful. They’re extremely knowledgeable and they always help when I’ve needed it. Also, they are fast and have excellent communication. I would recommend going here instead of Shoppers or Rexall.
Open Easter Sunday when my 2yr old needed a compound medicine. I cannot say enough positive things about the Pharmacist working that day. He was beyond helpful. He gave a follow up call a few days later. This provided an extra level of comfort. Also, great website I will be using moving forward as needed.
