Subject: Concern About High Medication Costs and Poor Service ? I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the charges at your pharmacy. Despite having platinum insurance coverage, I am still required to pay exorbitant amounts out of pocket for each medication dispensed. This is incredibly disappointing and financially burdensome. ? Additionally, the way customers are handled is quite poor. The staff’s attitude and service leave much to be desired, making the entire experience very unpleasant. I sincerely hope these concerns are taken seriously, as it makes me question whether your pharmacy buisiness values its customers ?
This pharmacy has been my trusted go-to for years — a true cornerstone in the community. The pharmacist is exceptionally knowledgeable, approachable, and always takes the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. The staff as a whole are warm, attentive, and consistently deliver outstanding service. Whether it’s a quick prescription pickup or an in-depth consultation, I always leave feeling valued and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Dont recommend. Felt I was being scolded when talking to them. They said it would take 3/4 days to make a medicine, which i got from another pharmacy in an hour. Will not go here
I’ve been to quite a few pharmacies over the years, and this one stands out. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and attentive. They take the time to listen and offer thoughtful advice, which makes a huge difference. You never feel rushed or like “just another customer.” It’s clear that this place is run with integrity and heart. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a pharmacy that actually cares.
I don't recommend this place. I ordered medication for my 5 year old thry said the compound would be ready in a week. After multiple calls for weeks they only filled the order after 30days. I switched pharmacies and would never go back here.
One of my prescriptions was going to cost me thousands a month despite having benefits. I wasn't going to fill the prescription despite needing it. The pharmacist contacted my Doctor and suggested changing the dosage from 30mg once a day to 15mg twice a day. This new dosage was then covered by my benefits.
