During covid this shoppers was extremely disorganized about covid testing kits, and I called today at find that they are charging $6.99 per swab. I know the guidelines have changed, but this does not seem reasonable, especially heading into flu season. Went to a local pharmacy nearby and received helpful advice and a free kit.

Kelvin and his team are kind, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to provide excellent care, helping patients find the prescriptions best tolerated. They can also prescribe medication for certain conditions as authorized by the Province.

Your friendly attitude to us and my son is so genuine! Thank you for being excited & happy for me. The points event is super nice! We like this Shoppers Drug Mart. We took our passport photos here in June, the gentleman was so patient and friendly. All the staff here are very friendly. The store is clean, bright and well organized! I feel the Google reviews for this store (only 3-star) doesn't make sense. Decided to share my happy experience tonight!
I was here sept 1st around 8:00-8:30 pm. I needed some serum and night cream so my daughter and I decided to stop at this location on the way home since it has a beauty boutique. As we were both browsing and sampling some testers, I heard the older lady working at the beauty boutique say loudly to my daughter “that’s an exfoliator!” In which my daughter timidly said “yes,I know” then the lady said “no you didn’t!” I thought that was extremely rude! Especially the way she said it. I approached her and asked if there was a problem as I heard her barking at my daughter from quite further down the boutique as it’s quite a long space. She was still being rude saying that my daughter was going to put some on her décolleté. Mind you my daughter is 14 but understands skincare as I taught her from a young age. Uh ok I get she’s concerned but rather than educating her she was condescending and plain rude. She then proceeded to show me a different exfoliated with beads although I already explained we both know what different types there are. Then a lady came in she ditched me completely and was super friendly and helpful with her. Perhaps she’s just racist because we’re Asian. I decided not to purchase anything from this beauty boutique and I definitely won’t be returning to this location. There are many other locations where the esthetician is helpful and kind!!Beware of mean lady at the boutique!!!
Single star review for Shoppers Drug Mart here... They sold me Haribo candy marked as clearance for $2, but charged me full price.... Also did similar with Kashi bars.$20 total! I was in a rush and didn’t notice until I got home. Two items that should’ve been dirt cheap ended up costing a fortune. Shady pricing and zero accountability. I’m done with Shoppers for good. Save your money and shop somewhere honest avoid this place at all cost. 1 item I get 2 is a problem! T.C
It was time for a refresh of my makeup and I lucked out meet Julie Kennedy who did a makeover for me today. She asked lots of questions to make sure she knew what I was looking for, she made great recommendations and didn’t push any products. She was very informative and gave lots of tips along the way.
