I've recently starting going to Shirley's with my GSD and St. Bernard puppy. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the friendliness and care they have given me and my pups. My GSD is a nervous nelly and she did amazing, which shows me just how gentle and accommodating the staff are.
Went to get our 7 months old mini golden doodle a bath and tidy but then decided to go with the full service and I cannot be more pleased! They were welcoming and very accommodating…great customer service! The haircut was exactly what I wanted and my dog came out smelling and looking amazing. Excellent job! Would recommend 100%.
We have been taking our non grooming needed dogs to Shirley’s, for nail trimming, recently we were fortunate enough to find a rescue Pomeranian, she’s around 1 year old, not only did we receive great advice from Mercedes about timing to bring her in, Tyler had Ellie May calm and in his arms quickly, when we picked her up she looked great, without any anxiety, great job all Thanks
Like the other reviews here, they quote one price and bill another. A $90 quote turned into $160. Cut was decent but for that price and the way they conduct business, there are plenty of good groomers out there.
I would highly recommend. PetSmart wouldn’t groom my old dog who was having an issue with his leg and couldn’t stand for too long. Shirley’s took care of him and treated him so great. We will be regular customers with both our dogs.
This was Kiba‘s first visit. I was very happy with the results. She seemed to enjoy her time there and I’m very happy with her haircut. She came home. Smelling great feeling great and looking great thanks guys.
We take our Cat to have her nails trimmed and are so happy with the service. You can't make an appointment for that, but we call ahead, and they always accommodate. Wonderful staff, always busy but always efficient, friendly, and amazing with our fur baby Starr.
