Honestly I am never one to do this however I was shocked how rude the staff or owner (not sure) was to us. When she asked what breed he was I told her Chihuahua (which he is) and right as I walked in she said “thats not a Chihuahua”, no hello, nothing. After she had taken him to the back room she came back and informed me she would be charing extra because they muzzled him. I would understand this however he has had his nails trimmed multiple times with his vet and been nothing but pleasant so I was shocked. He is nothing but a loving puppy and has never done anything to indicate he needed a muzzle. Also when i look closer at his nails, it looks like some hadn't been trimmed and others were WAY too short while one is almost split in half. After all of this still handed me the machine with the tipping screen open. (I still tipped) I will not be coming back and I hope you find better for your little ones!
Judy is an empathetic and thoughtful groomer. She’s the best, and our little guy loves her. He’s always calm and happy after an afternoon with Judy. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! ✨
I absolute love this place. The grooming is incredible and she’s amazing with my dog. My goldeneye retriever has a very thick coat, and I’d come to live with lots of shedding and fur tumbleweeds. Since coming to Paw Spa those are now a thing of the past. I drive all the way from Maple because they’re so great.
Horrible customer service. I called in twice over the past week and both times a very angry and abrupt woman picked up. She acted like I was stupid for every question I asked. I can only imagine how rude she would be to people hard of hearing or immigrants, she has ZERO patience with customers. Please train your staff on customer service. Someone like that should not be answering your phones. Do you really think being so unfriendly to customers makes them trust you with THEIR DOGS? What a joke. Cancelled my appointment, stay far away!
She was really amazing to my service dog and was very understanding to my and service dog separation anxiety I will use her every time service dog needs his nails done
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was so impressed with the way Judy handled my little buddy, as well as the great job she did. I was told by another groomer that my cat was too difficult to do bath and nails, but she got it done, and did an amazing job. Already booked his next appointment. Thank you so much, Judy!
Taking my baby for a second time there, hoping all goes well. I will keep you guys posted. Followup- on last communication: june 8- owner Judy called me and addressed my concerns with the utmost respect, patience and understanding. My concerns were addressed and I am pleased with her service. I recommend this place wholeheartedly with Judy as the owner and for seer of my babies. I Will continue with their services with Judy for now until I am comfortable with the other staffs. Star upgraded to 5 star. June 8- spoke to Karen, was not very nice as she was already on the table attending to another pet (short staffed presumably )Waiting to speak to Judy possibly the owner because she had more patience for my inquiry. Think I might have to take my business else where. The service for my dog was satisfactory but the communication with staff was dreadful. Removed 1 star
