Excellent groomers, it’s obvious how much they care about the dogs, and they always do an excellent job, the staff in very kind and professional, my dog always comes home relaxed and looking amazing.
I recently had groomers appointment for my King Charles Caviler Spaniel, may I say this is the best place for getting your dog groomed. We were able to get an appointment within 3 days of putting in a request and we were in on a Saturday! I feel with a lot of grooming places in Whitby, I’m not 100% satisfied with the service, but Bark N’ Bath went above and beyond with my dog. I’ll definitely be booking another appointment in a couple of weeks, thank you again Bark N’ Bath :)
I can’t say enough good things about this grooming place! They are incredibly organized and professional from the moment you walk in. My dog is elderly and a bit of a drama queen, but the team always handles him with so much care and patience. It’s clear they genuinely love animals and go above and beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and I completely trust them with my pup. Highly recommend!
We have been a client for 5 years and it is the only place that has calmly and reliably given our anxious pup the cut and service that works best for him. Highly recommend.
Would not recommend and don’t recommend the customer service here is appalling. They are incredibly rude and there’s so many other options of places to go around here and locally that are better to spend your money at and will also get great service, Great cuts And your animals will be taken well care of especially those that are anxious when getting haircuts.
I took my Biewer Terrier to Bark n’ Bath this week for the first time. Tiff and Mike did a great job grooming him, including being very helpful in explaining their grooming recommendations.
