I’ve been bringing my dog here since he got his first hair cut, he’s now 5 and I’ve never been dissatisfied. Not only do they do a great job but they also remember him by name when he arrives which makes him excited for each return! Highly recommend giving them a try!
Firstly I want to say the service is amazing they are very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are extremely reasonable! First time was superb my dog got a wash and groom they did such a good job and you can tell they know what they are doing. When I was checking out I noticed they did teeth cleaning i knew I had to bring him back to get his teeth cleaned! Today was my second time taking my dog and again they did an excellent job! My dog has allergies and skin problems they used his perscription body wash and let it sit for 5 minutes the amount of care they put in is amazing and oh my gosh the teeth cleaning was incredible it is like a night and day difference I will definitely only be bringing my dog here to get groomed and his teeth cleaned 10/10 can not stress enough how amazing they did! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new/good dog groomer!
I’ve been to other groomers over the last several years. When the groom is amazing it’s always been too much $$ or takes months to make an appt. Well I stumbled across this place last year and my dogs have been several times now. They are quite a bit cheaper than the last place and I can get an appt within a reasonable time, but also they do such a great job! Thanks for caring for my sweet Murphy and Maisy. I know they can be a bit anxious and sometimes super needy doodles!
My little cockapoo got his worst haircut from the groomer. The groomer had him shaved off completely and when asked they said that he was fully matted and they had to remove the hair which we are pretty sure is not true. It looked like they wanted to save time and the easiest option was to just shave him off. Very disappointed and will never visit this place again!
Updated review: Outstanding teddy bear cut for my poodle! In the past year I tried a different groomer in Brooklin that many of my neighbours had recommended but after long waits in getting bookings I went back this week to Mel the groomer at Furrendly Clips. I have to say she does a superior groom/cut and my very nervous toy poodle loves her. Melissa is so caring, patient, extremely skilled and is prompt with bookings. No lie the best teddy bear cut my 11 year old has ever had over the years. I am very impressed! ------- below is my old review Our toy poodle shakes like a leaf and is very nervous when trying a new groomer. Melissa (the owner) took the time to get to know our dog and built rapport / trust before we left her to get the full package groom. When we were called to pick our dog up a short time later she was exceptionally groomed with the best teddy bear cut we've ever had in eight years and her nails were perfectly trimmed. Further we were very impressed with how clean, friendly, caring, highly skilled, convenient (with long hours) and well priced Furrendly Clips was for pet grooming. We have tried other places in the area and by far this is the best! Highly recommended!!
Thank you Melissa and Nav. Once again you did a wonderful job on Copper. Such a welcoming place to take your pet for grooming. They listen to your concerns and treat your pet like their own. I live in Oshawa but it is worth the drive to Brooklin.
