I had a very negative experience at this gas station. The staff were rude, communication was difficult since most did not speak English, and I was even looked at in a dismissive way that felt insulting. On one occasion, I was filling up and the pump was shut off while I was paying, and the employee I asked for help couldn’t explain the situation. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I do not recommend this location. If your there, there’s a Petro‑Canada just down the street that offers better prices and far superior customer service.
WARNING!! To the people filling up gas at this station. This gas station advertises lower prices on their gas price sign. When you go fill up the price will be 1 - 3 cents more. Pay attention when your filling up gas because not everyone makes money like Shell does. This has taken place a couple of times. However on Dec 5th at approximately 4pm, I took pictures and sent it in to Shell.
Staff is great . The on thing about this shell is after midnight you should go somewhere else due to the lock the door and you can't go in to buy anything. You have to tell them what yup want and they will get it .
