I went to this gas station for the first time, inwas impressed, from the outside it looks just ok, but then walked inside it's actually nice , variety store, the gentleman was responsible respectful he knows how to treat clients .
I was charged for the incorrect grade of gas and when I went inside to dispute it, I was told that it was "too late to do anything now". The clerk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked for a call from the manager, who never bothered to call. I contacted head office to complain and did not receive a response. I'm disappointed in their service (or complete lack thereof) and will never fill up at this station again. I highly recommend that you check your receipt if you visit this business.
What can I say? I filled up. Had to pay inside as the card reader on the pump wasn't working. Usually, the cheapest gas in Brooklin. Tends to drop after 8:00 pm.
