The Gas station staff and the manager are all very Rude and irresponsible! The car wash station in the location damaged my car paint and not a single person in the staff cared about it and only asked me to fill a form and they would call back. I never received a call till today. The manager’s details were hidden by their employee Prachi as she would not share details to file a complaint. This is ridiculous and the consumer law is violated very much and this business shall not be running! I am awaiting to take further legal actions! Anyone reading this review please avoid using this gas station!!!! Don’t use their car wash!!!! I am a local resident in the neighborhood and I am writing this to make you aware!
Awful, & rude service (especially from the young man who was working both evenings; Aug 31st and Sept 1st 2025). Such disrespectful “client service” that I will never step foot in that gas station again. The guy must be angry at the world or with how his life has turned out, but that is no excuse to take out his frustrations on the public while he is working at Petro Can. Sad.
The air pump has a malfunctioning pressure indicator that inaccurately displays 30 PSI, when the actual pressure is 50 PSI. This discrepancy poses a serious safety risk and is unacceptable, as it jeopardizes people's lives.
Terrible employees! Unprofessional language and disrespectful management. They violated my personal space and took my car wash pass without permission. One employee even failed to wash his hands after using the washroom and continued handling the products.
I came into the gas station on Monday afternoon. I had a 20 dollar bill to prepay for my gas with, she took my money and laughed at me. It had a crease in the middle of the bill. She told me she could not accept it and turned me away laughing at me? I asked her why and she continued to laugh and say I just can't. Insert your card or leave.? I went down the street to pioneer and used the exact same bill. That I got from the bank.. a few weeks prior she was working on the Saturday and was with a coworker behind the counter, I walked In after getting gas asking if my daughter could use the washroom and she said no. Paying customers only... she's 6? I payed for gas . She's with me .? I'm tired of this.
The worst car wash possible. It doesn’t soak your car at all. Or rinse after soap. It just applies soap and then the brushes scratch your paint with soap… and then dry. GARBAGE CAR WASH
Attendant busy outside, waited 20 mins just to pay for my gas. Not sure how they run their location like this. There is 0 service here, locatation needs new management.
