I'm leaving a poor review unfortunately because this gas station let a scammer sell products on their establishment. I went to get gas this week and there was a "salesperson" for "fast wax canada" there and they were selling a product at a ridiculously marked up price. They were offering a 4 pack of cans of different cleaning products for the interior and exterior of the car. The "salesperson" told me it would be $180 for the pack but online they're selling it for $260. I thankfully did not make the purchase as it seemed outrageously priced, but I was curious so I googled their product and it was only $73 for the 4 pack on the website... I emailed the company to let them know and they came back telling me that this is apparently a third party seller that scams people and the actual owner gets emails and calls of others complaining. This is very unfortunate because I know there are some people who wouldn't know any better and purchase the product. Ultramar, you should make sure the people you are allowing to sell on your establishment are legit and not trying to scam YOUR customers.
IS *NOT* OPEN 24 hours! This location is closed randomly, not consistent hours! Very inconvenient and frustrating! When I call to verify if they’re open, phone rings & rings. PLEASE UPDATE ACCURATE HOURS OF OPERATION!
I always come to this location to refill. Great service always. But, today at 9:30 am July 23 , the guy at the desk was very rude… all time on video chat, didn’t even eye contact with customer, handing over receipt while chatting with buddies on phone in different languages. Very disrespectful gesture. Never experienced such service in canada let alone this location!!!
