I have had some good rxperiences here, but If I had known years ago when I took my car to them that I should have asked for my part back I would have. Since then I've found out that cadallitic converters are worth money and they took mine off and didn't give it to me. My suspicion is that they sold it and made money on my part and still chargrd me for taking it off. Ask questions, know your rights or take someone who does know with you especially if you're a woman. A few other times I wasn't given an estimate before work was done even though I said don't do anything until I get a price. So, for those reasons I'll avoid this shop.
Staff are beyond knowledgeable and trustworthy- which are absolutely essential when looking for a mechanic. Will be taking my van back there for any future service needs. You would benefit from making them your neighbourhood mechanic.
Finally an auto repair I would recommend to family and friends. Had two vehicles diagnosed at different auto shops Dodge Caravan quoted very high price found m r automotive repaired in two hours at half the price and saved a new existing part. Vehicle #2 Caddy SRX loud engine noise Different auto dealer suggested it may be the engine took it to vehicle to m r automotive I was diagnosed with a flex pipe issue, small overall repair cost replaced both flex pipes as it was suggested that the second one will go within a year found this company to be professional, friendly and only repair what you request from here on in. That will be my first stop shop. Very very pleased. Ron C
Martin was so helpful with my daughter and her issues with her car. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it due to it needing special calibration from Honda dealership only - but he wrote detailed notes and offered to speak with the other mechanic in hopes to save her some money there. He has himself a new car owner as a customer for life! She said "mom one good thing came out of this.....I now have a mechanic that I trust" . Thanks again for your help Martin - customer service at it's best!!
Martin and Martin's crew are excellent mechanics. Straight forward quality work at a very fair price. Used this service many times with zero problems. Highly recommended
Purchase 4 used tire from the owner went to install them and one had the beed of the tire ripe called back to work something out and he ghosted me sent many texts and nothing I highly recommend Not going here at all
