Needed to get some quality snow tires for my son's vehicle. The vehicle itself had encountered a flat tire due to a skid into a curb during a recent snowfall, causing a portion of the tire to separate from the rim, and wasn't drivable. Rather than deal with a spare tire instead just had the CAA tow it to the AGR Whitby, Ontario location. Called and spoke with Emile and gave him a heads up that the vehicle was on its way to them. From the get go and throughout the entire process, he was warm, friendly, thoroughly professional, honest and transparent. Everything was taken care of within a 24 hour window, and there was never an appointment required. Got some Michelin ice/Snow tires and managed to still qualify for their rebate in time before this promotion expired. Further the flat was repaired and will still be usable next spring. I have no hesitation in recommending the AGR Whitby location. Excellent team!
Active Green+Ross should clearly state their store policy of not allowing tire changes/swap for older tires. Booked my regular tire swap for years here and now they will not allow it for older tires even if threads and tires are good. That should be clearly written or stated when appointments are made.
I have been a customer of Green & Ross on Dundas for at least 5 years. Their work is a Top 10 always . They serviced my Avalanch my Equinox ow my newer vehicle Ford Ranger. Not only do they get job done they are a curtious group . Always ready to assist and make positive recommendations. Thank you guys you make my life easier knowing I can trust a great team .
This is my first time at this location. The gentlemen there on the weekend were friendly and welcoming. They gave me a detailed summary of their findings for my car and let me know what was needed and what to anticipate later on. I was looking for a designated place to have regular maintenance for my car and I am so glad I found one.

Jobin was great and I came in for an alignment. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about but overall they did a great job. I don't think they left any tools under there or anything and the steering wheel and tires are great! I will update this review if I notice anything else.
Fast, friendly, had the ability to advise on my options and get exactly what I wanted very quickly. Installation work was done correctly and won't require any follow up. Edit: aftercare for road hazards was excellent. They fit me in for a slow leak on very short notice. Great service
