Just switched from the dealership of my 2 cars to Approved, for different reasons, but it seems Approved will be my new go to shop for any service outside of my warranty. I had a great conversation about their approach and pricing, and I was already able to put this to the test today as I needed a new 12v for my Ioniq 5 (just barely out of warranty). They recommended an AGM, which is what my research showed too, the price was fair and working well so far!
I want to share my experience so others can avoid potentially giving out their personal information to someone who may not be trustworthy. A friend passed me Ryan’s contact of Approved Auto Center, also connected to Drive Growth Consulting, saying they were offering a training program for independent sales agents to work remotely. With my extensive experience in marketing, I was genuinely curious. I reached out, and Ryan explained a little about the program and suggested an online meeting to show me how it works. I was on the road, so I couldn’t join immediately, but he asked for my phone number and email, which I provided. He confirmed receipt by text. The initial conversation was intriguing enough that I was genuinely ready to invest in the program. But when I followed up several times to schedule the meeting, he never responded. When I finally reached him again, he suddenly shifted the conversation to a job application on Indeed, which he had never mentioned before. That was the first major red flag. I asked him why he tried to direct me into a meeting rather than being upfront from the start that the process was just to apply on Indeed — that lack of transparency felt deceptive and raised concerns. With my marketing and sales experience, I immediately recognized a flaw. Genuine remote sales programs measure performance by results in your ability to sell, close, and deliver, not by whether you filled out a job application. Asking a potential sales agent to go through a generic job posting on Indeed makes no logical sense. If you are recruiting independent agents for remote auto sales, onboarding should focus on product knowledge, tools, and measurable outcomes. Directing me to a vague application not only wasted time but also signaled that Ryan either does not understand his own program or is using the application process as a front. For anyone with sales experience, that is an immediate credibility red flag. Even after following his instructions to send another text for a link, he still never responded. At that point, the experience spoke for itself: either disorganized or intentionally misleading. If someone is promoting a program that requires people to invest money, demonstrating a trustworthy and organized approach is not optional, it is imperative. Participants are committing both time and resources, so any disorganization, vague instructions, or inconsistent communication should be treated as a serious warning. This experience was the opposite: confusing, poorly managed, and potentially a data grab. I am not saying definitively that this is a scam, but the red flags are too strong to ignore. Proceed with extreme caution, verify everything thoroughly, and do not provide your personal information or financial commitment unless the process is completely transparent and professional.
I visited Approval Auto Center Inc yesterday for oil change. I was impressed for their professionalism. The shop was very clean. Although the visit was for oil change but they inspected my vehicle thoroughly and fixed minor issues they found that I was not aware of. The price was great as well due to promotions they currently have. I would recommend anyone planning for oil change or any other issues with your car to pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed
This has been my go to for ongoing maintenance on my car from oil changes to more complex issues on my aged vehicle the staff ensure the issues are fixed in a timely manner and at a fair cost. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing experience with the shop. The detailer at the shop brought my car back to life. The quote of prices are very reasonable and I was able to have the mechanic side of the shop fix my brakes and rotars 400 dollars cheaper than the quotes I received in the area.
You guys hired some third party marketing agency for 50% off on oil change and detailing service, guy is calling me from last 3 days every hour to sell me your services, while i said i am interested in car detailing so please give me more information about it. So he told me someone from our sales will call you soon i never get call back then i call again to your marketing guy and he is very rude and said if you want more information you have to visit our store even he is not able to provide me price without know anything why should i cone to your store, no one want to waste their time Stop wasting peoples time and save your reputation
This shop is the best! The guy's super friendly, and the prices are great. Never had a problem with their work on my car. Five stars isn't enough for this shop.
