GIVE THEM A ZERO REFERENCE. I would not go here for service. This is the second time they let me down after I bought 2 trucks in June from them 2 days apart. I went there to order new tires 2 weeks ago & Mike & girl advisor were to call with a price on new tires. Neither have ever called back. So after waiting for 2 days called somewhere else in the morning & new tires were installed same day. Was treated as an important customer. So if you want some help don't go there.
Joseph was excellent. Really appreciated his thoroughness in dealing with my flat/damaged tires. Called me when the job was done (sooner than I expected). The car was ready when I arrived. After hearing on the news about GMC batteries, then receiving an email the next morning, I go to start my GMC yep it didn't start. Made a phone call to dealership and even as busy as they were I was squeezed in and got a new battery in an hour of arriving after the boost from Bob's towing (arranged by GMC Service department) thank you for saving my day
