After researching different products and services, we purchased the Hydropool Model 695 with confidence that Stu would provide the best customer service. We Bought our Spa Tub last November. It has been great and working very well. Stuart has been amazing when it comes to operating and maintaining the spa. Every time we call Stuart he arrives on time and spends time showing us how to maintain properly. Stuart came and assisted with draining the spa for the first time and checked all lines, he even called to follow up the next day to see how the filling of the spa went to ensure no air locks were caused. Thanks Stuart.. amazing customer service on his end!!
I like to take a little while before I post a review on a product or service, I've had the spa now for 4 weeks and I absolutely love it. The spa is very nice, I have found that it holds it's temperature very well. I have tried to cool it down on hot days and the tub won't drop quickly, this is going to be a good thing in the cold winter months. The seating and jet placement are great, I bought the 695 Gold and I can't say enough good things about it. So in short the spa is amazing and very easy to maintain, I don't think anyone would be disappointed buying one.The service we received from Stuart was top notch. This is a big purchase so you want to make sure the company stands by what they sell. Everyone there was great to deal with and don't mind answering question to make sure you know everything you need to enjoy your spa. Stuart came over after the first week to show us how to maintain the tub and treat the water. I changed some of the jets to make it exactly the way I wanted it, they were more than happy to let me trade in for different styles to get it perfect. I read a ton of reviews before I went in and I would say they were right, you won't be disappointed with The Spa Shoppe.
Just got our swim spa, these guys live up to all the reviews below, James and Stuart could and should write books on real customer service. As others have experienced in reviews below - Stuart just left our house on his day off to give us a thorough orientation on the use of the swim spa.. The product - excellent. The staff - honest, knowledgeable, patient and dependable. 5 stars!! I will recommend you guys to anyone who will listen. This is my first and likely only review on here but I wanted to share the positive experience.
Purchased an amazing spa from them last year as well as my chemicals regularly. They are always super helpful and have I LOVE my hydrospa! Highly recommend! I shopped around for months and by far the best quality and service for the price.
