I was at this spa about a week ago. I received very unprofessional service from Nina. I went in for a manicure change, she made extremely rude comments and didn't make me feel comfortable as a client. Fortunately, someone else completed the manicure. If you decide to book an appointment here, make sure you are not scheduled with Nina. As for me, it was my first time at this location, and will no doubt be my last. I have never had such a negative experience at a spa.In response to the Spas comment:From the moment this appointment was made to the moment I sat down for my service, I made it clear that I had "actual gel" nails. At no point prior to my visit was I informed that "actual gel" removal was not provided at your spa. Instead of handling the situation, she responded by showing a lack of composure. Ninas level of professionalism has no correlation with her personal life, but I am sure Google review readers are capable of understanding the difference.
I was first introduced to the facial place with a gift certificate. I was very impressed with the facilities and I was greeted with a professional friendly smile. ( Someone that actually seemed to like what they are doing.). I had a facial and was equally impressed by their personnel. The young lady not only took her time, so I did not feel rushed but rather relaxed. She also explained every step and later showed me some of the products she recommended which of course I bought and much to my surprise, they included one item free. I would highly recommend you give it a try.
I have been to so many spas and The Facial Place is the one place I always come back to. The spa services are exceptional and I am always greeted with a smile. The atmosphere creates a wonderful spa experience. I highly recommend!
I just had a facial here today with my friend. The girl I had was very informative, and had a nice touch and a good flow. I'm happy with the service. The only reason I give it a 4 star and not a 5, is because I'm an aesthetician my self, and I only give 5 stars if I'm absolutely blown away. But it was a very lovely facial and I would return again!
Really wonderful staff. Thorough service. Massage table uncomfortable. Small venue. Feels a bit cramped.
