I tried flotation therapy today it was truely an amazing experience. As someone who is always doing for other's i felt i was deserving of doing something for just me.When the hatch came down the silence was golden my mind became perfectly clear. My eyes closed for the entire time any stress left my body as i lay there floating.As soon as I entered the facility Brent was very welcoming took me to one of the room's as someone who cleaned for a living it was spotless. The soap and shampoo smelled wonderful.I can't wait to return to give myself another hour of peace.Thank's Brent for bringing flotation therapy to Whitby....
I read some articles about the benefits of float therapy (sensory deprivation tanks) and was really curious and interested in trying this out. I finally did this week at the R.E.S.T Centre in Whitby. The experience was great and well worth every penny. Staff was friendly and very informative, as was the client who I met there and started chatting with. I highly recommend trying this therapy.
Love floating!! This is amazing everyone should experience this as today's society we are so over stimulated this gives the brain some true down time to not have to process anything and just relax. Best meditation I have ever had!
Had a great experience. The atmosphere is calming, and the owner is very thorough in explaining how the treatment happens. I have had one visit yesterday and had the best sleep of my life. If you struggle with stress relief or pain, this is a great place to start!
Loved my time at REST Centre. This was my first time Floating and Brent was great in sharing his expertise and insight. The facility is clean and open.
