Went to this place for years but not anymore. It was a good place before now it’s just untrained students. Went for an oil change came home to oil dripping on my driveway and smelt like burning inside my car.Went back the next day saw that they spilt oil all over my engine bay. Mistakes happen but they avoided it. When I asked for a manager, I called the number they gave me it was their friend…very unprofessional. Then I found the manager card on the table so I called and left two voicemails, no answer. Texted, no answer. It’s been a week now. Me and my family went here, I told my friends about it, in fact the last day i was there I took one of my friends for their first time. Will be the last for all of us.
I have been using these guys for a number of years now. They do good work are fast and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I'm planning to try their car detailing in the spring
Took my truck in to have an oil change and change summer tires on rims to winter tires on rims. Tech changed oil then when he went to change tires he had the impact wrench on tighten instead of loosen and torqued the first nut to the point it broke the stud. The shop boss told me I would have to take it to a garage to have the stud replaced and they would not install my winter tires in case they broke another stud. He told me it was rust and "the other shop" over torqued the nut that caused the problem. I took it to a mechanic shop to have it fixed. They confirmed the stud was broke from over tightening by Valvoline. All other nuts were torqued properly. The nut came off the broken piece of stud without problem and no rust on it. It cost me $150.00 to fix the broken stud caused by Valvoline.
Tried to get an extra $10 out of me because they needed my help identifying the size of my tires. They kept telling me my tires are too large and require a more expensive price than the $50 price quote for a patch. I had to show them that my tires are R17s, which is smaller than R18. It's printed on the side of every tire. They then put that into the computer and the price was $50. Why does a tire and lube shop not understand the size of tires? Was it worth it to try to get $10 more out of me? Thanks for the patch, I'm never going back.
All the gentlemen there are very kind and patient. I’ve taken my car and my husband’s truck (that I know nothing about) for oil changes and they were very helpful. I appreciate the great work and kindness!
They squeezed me in last minute no problem, finished the work faster than advertised, and answered my stupid questions with a smile! They even secured a loose body panel that I'd written off as needing replacement, so they saved me a couple hundred bucks.
Fast no hassle place a full synthetic oil chance on a Honda civic cost me about 107. They checked my tire pressures reset my oil life. I was on my way in about 15 min.
