This place is rip off. Dont go here to this location because they will charge you for stuff you don’t need and put extra charges on your bill for mysterious filters that don’t get used. Then they won’t show you the receipt till after you pay. Everything about this place is a scam. The location on Thickson and Dundas. Don’t go there. Karma will get these people. If you’re reading this and work there, remember when something bad happens in your life, don’t bother asking god why. Bad things happen to you because you deserve it.
The establishment exhibited a concerning level of racism, accompanied by a complete lack of customer service. The staff displayed unprofessional attitudes and appeared generally discontented. My concerns were disregarded, and the employees were notably presumptuous in their interactions. Additionally, one staff member was seen with food in his beard, which was quite unsettling.

"When I called to ask about the price for an oil change, they told me $99 plus tax, which should have been around $113. However, after the oil change, the final bill came to $127 with tax. They added $9 for removing something from the bottom and a $3 environmental fee. Why couldn’t they disclose these extra charges upfront? I’m never going back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone." Excellent service. As a mom with a toddler in the back, I didn’t even have to get out of the car. They checked all my fluids, and were very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
The guys were so quick, efficient, and thorough! I felt that I was in great hands and I wasn’t in the garage for too long. They knew exactly what oil I needed and they also asked if I wanted new wiper blades because they saw that my old ones were ready to go. I was going to ask them if they did wipers but they beat me to it! I will always use this service :)
