Went for an oil change a couple weeks ago and they asked to cut a small hole in my splash shield to make this and future oil changes easier. They assured me it would have no real effect on the car. It was my fault for saying yes and it was my fault for not checking afterward, but it turns out they cut a HUGE hole in my splash guard that has now caused it to rip in half on the road. It's just sloppy, lazy work on their part that has left me with no splash shield going into winter.
Been coming here for majority of my car needs such as oil changes, spark parks, differential fluid & etc. They have this rewards system where after 7 oil changes the 8th one is free on them which I find amazing. The pricing is pretty fair compared to going to your local dealership & it’s mainly a drive through service so you’re in and out pretty fast. Give them a 5 star with everything overall and great customer service.
We have been going to this location for a few years now and are always given excellent, honest service. Shelia is always clear, never talks down to you and never pushes services or items that are unnecessary. I highly recommend this garage!
Always a great location. No pressure from upselling. More repairers than only oil changes. Owner is usually on site and getting her hands dirty and other staff are great as well. Nothing negative to say about this location. Highly recommend
We had an absolutely phenomenal experience. I recently bought a set of rims and tires from them, and they installed them with no issues. My family and I have been going to this shop for two years now, and they always get the job done.
I went for an oil change and was in and out in 10 minutes. The woman working didn't try to upsell me anything and was really helpful with recommendations when I asked.
Visited this place for my car service, the staff was very rude and disrespectful especially the young boy that works on the oil change Will never come back and never recommend this place to anyone
