I am grateful to God because Dr. El-Bawab accepted me as her patient. She is very professional, helpful and kind. The secretary is very nice and professional.
This was my first time visiting this medical centre. I found every one to be professional and efficient at their jobs. I appreciate that I was dealt with so quickly Dr Lee was great to deal with.
They make me wait for at least 40 minutes whether I have an appointment booked or not. This is very bad because people have other things to do as well, so they make us late for our scheduled appointments for the rest of the day.
The best part of this clinic is Dr Mirza. He listens and orders tests accordingly where many doctors out there are quick to dismiss concerns. Wait times are decent if you go in the morning because it definitely gets busy as the day goes on.
I'm very disappointed in this walk in clinic. On Sunday afternoon I became very unwell and started to get a very high fever while at my boyfriend's house. I took Monday May 5th off because I was not able to attend work the way I was. So my boyfriend and I went to see the doctor. We got into the room and the doctor asked what was wrong. I told him that my throat was in pain and my ears. He was shocked to see that I had an ear infection two weeks back. He looks in my ears and throat and tells me everything was normal despite my boyfriend and I that I was throwing up and had a fever. His response" well that's normal and just to salt water and watch yourself. We ended going to a different walk in on the same day and that doctor told me I have tonsillitis and a double ear infection. I can't believe he let a person leave like that.
Every time I go here the doctors do the bare minimum, doctors nowadays just want to get to u and get to the next person they don’t care as much, as I had my experience with dr mirza while I had a serious virus he told me to take Advil and rest while another doctor actually wrote me a antibiotic and gave me directions on what to do, “free health care” but google gives me more info
They spelled Centre wrong. I did look at it but you still spelled it wrong. It is Centre in Canada not Center, Center is American only. Look at all the other Medical Centres in the region, they spell it Centre. I am just saying
