Probably one of the first walk in clinic with nice receptionist who care about people. I took my daughter sick, and the front desk was so accommodating and helping and gave me exact time to come back. Very friendly staff.
My partner and I went to this clinic today (October 22) and had a great experience. Yes, there was a wait but it was well organized. What made a big difference for us was the man working at the reception this morning. Although he has to deal with what I am sure is many frustrated, emotional people, he was professional and kind. He is very very good at his job and made what was originally a bad day much better.
Had a deep splinter removed by Dr. Lee who was a saviour. He was unable to find at first so he ordered xrays, being wood it did not show, so only after ultrasound did we catch it 4mm long and 1mm deep in the skin. That gave us confidence to proceed carefully vs butcher up the skin. He saved me from a Plastic Surgeon wait list and I am healed.
I love this clinic. I don’t know what I would do without it. Dr.Lee is an amazing, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate doctor. I was lucky to get him as a family doctor. I bring my father in as an urgent care patient and he gets the same level of care. Having the schedule on Twitter helps with being able to ensure I see Dr. Lee when he is doing clinic hours. Follow-ups are always prompt and the front desk staff are great. I have been apart of this clinic, even before coming to this location, since 1998. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic.
I have visited this walk in clinic several times over the last few years and have consistently received excellent service from both the receptionists and the Dr's.
Good luck getting an appointment or in on urgent care. Urgent care is filled up most days by noon and you can't get an appointment with your doctor within 6 weeks.
Terrible terrible service. This place is legitimately a joke. The hours say open until 4, called and spoke to the receptionist and they confirmed. Drove my 85 year old grandmother from Vaughan all the way here and they said sorry we’re done taking patients today, that was at 1:45pm. They said that they stopped taking patients 3 HOURS AGO!!!! Shame on this clinic. Never going here again!
