Doctor Nagel is the best! I see some bad reviews about the receptionists and I have to strongly disagree. A couple things that people would do well to remember are that nobody can guarantee when you will be seen-that is inherent in a “Walk-In” clinic. It is first come, first serve, and if you don’t want your appointment rushed, why would anyone else? They all work as fast as they can, and the person who has a long appointment is just as important as you are. If the patient who needs a little more time with the doctor was your child or parent, would still be upset? You also can’t expect to go shopping in Wal-Mart and have them call to track you down for your visit. I’m sorry but that’s just unreasonable. Secondly, since when do receptionists give test results over the phone? This clinic is great and they go above and beyond what is required for everyone that I know who goes here, including myself. I even got a call on Christmas Day when I wasn’t doing well. Please think twice before dragging a clinics reputation, and ask yourself if it’s a reasonable complaint. This practice is one of the good ones.
Hands down the best walk in clinic in Durham Region. I wish they were taking full time patients as my daughter needs a family doctor. Their staff all from the receptionist, nurse to the doctors are a dream team. They are incredibly kind and very thorough. Dr. Daiter even followed up with us afterwards to see if we got into the X-rays for the same day we saw him. Great place!
I have water into my both ears and 10 days loss hearing, I went to family doctor and emergency they said this is swimming ear and they gave antibiotics medicine for taking and dropping but was not working. Today I came and see doctor Jack Nathan he very specially and kindly checked my both ear ask me any pain I said no only I have bad hearing and always hearing heartbeat sounds in my ears. He let his nurse cleaned my both ears after suddenly my both ears started hearing OMG！ Thank you very much Doctor Jack Nathan, you is best doctor!
I called to schedule an appointment recently and I just wanted to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service that was to me by the receptionist Courtney. Even though I asked so many questions, she remained patient and was very considerate. She took the time to listen to my needs and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Her friendliness and care definitely made the entire experience stress-free for me. Thank you again Courtney! I will be definitely returning to this clinic in the future.
