My experience with this clinic has not been great at all. My 23 months son was having fever and some viral infection she gave amoxicillin to him. He was having reaction to that his body got all red. Fever didn’t stop. And he got diarrhea. I am not writing the name of doctor but she works there. The doctors of this clinic are not friendly at all. They make you feel uncomfortable.
Staff is beyond incompetent, wait for 2 hours for walk in to be told I was never put on the list. Have no idea what they are doing or what you’re saying to them.
Dr Charles is a lovely doctor. We came here because our usual family doctor practice was closed and all other walk-ins were not taking anyone The receptionist and pharmacist are also very nice.
Wish I could give them a better rating - the reception is horrible! We waited for an hour before they realized that they didn’t sign us in. Nothing like waiting in a room of sick people when you’re already sick. I0 minutes later they asked for the health card again….Too bad you cannot bypass the intake and get directly to the Dr.
I am writing to express serious concern regarding the handling of my wife’s recent x-ray results and the conduct of your staff. After several days with no follow-up, my wife contacted your office to inquire about her results, only to be informed that they had already been received. However, she was told that she must attend in person—despite living over an hour and a half away—simply to review the findings and have her health card swiped. This requirement seems unreasonable given the distance involved and the fact that results can often be communicated securely by phone or electronically. To make matters worse, when my wife expressed her intent to file a complaint, the receptionist reportedly laughed at her. This response was deeply unprofessional and entirely inappropriate for a healthcare setting. We expect respectful treatment and transparent communication regarding medical information. Withholding results and dismissive behavior toward patients only serve to undermine confidence in your clinic and in the healthcare system as a whole. We would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed, and if my wife’s results could be provided promptly through a reasonable and secure method.
Decent doctors but very unprofessional staff and receptionist. They never pickup calls, poorly manage the walk-in queues and have no system to address any concerns.
I’ve given this clinic multiple chances over the past few years and they’ve dropped the ball every time. Receptionists are highly incompetent. Couple weeks ago went for a TB test reading, doctor told me the visit would take 1 minute and to drop by to see him. Came at 12 pm, told the receptionist multiple times that I should be seen quickly as per doctors instructions. She agreed I’d be seen soon, I was seen after 2 hours once the clinic closed - the last to be seen for a 1 minute appointment. The doctor was shocked that I sat and waited so long. He insisted his receptionists know that TB results should be done quickly and was extremely apologetic. He told me next time to just catch him in the hallway and flag him down myself. Dr.Anochili is a good and understanding doctor. I have expressed my concern over the receptionists multiple times. Today I brought my son to be checked for an ear infection, confirmed with the receptionist that patients are seen in order of arrival vs. reason for appointment. We watched 3 other patients who came AFTER us, be seen before my son who was moaning and groaning in pain. When I addressed this with the receptionist, she acted clueless. The patients who arrived after us but were seen before us were waiting for their medication at the pharmacy and also agreed they were seen before us. Receptionist took zero accountability and insisted we were seen in the right order. Dr Humaid told me my son had an ear infection but ran to see the next patient before providing my son’s prescription. Logically, a patient should be taken care of completely before the next person is seen. This clinic can improve drastically by just replacing its receptionists and providing etiquette training to particular doctors.
